A man wakes up imprisoned by a mysterious bloodthirsty butcher, determined to cut him into 100% organic steak.
About
Behind the hemoglobin lies a plea against factory farming, a subject dear to director Yoann Luis, who made this gory short film for the American distributor Crypt TV, founded by the famous filmmaker Eli Roth (“Hostel”, 2005).
The opportunity for Block 8 to show Hollywood the know-how of Lyon: the film was color-graded in L.A. by Yvan Lucas, colorist for Spielberg, Scorsese, Tarantino and many others, in his studio SHED.
The film was viewed over 4 million times on internet, and is available on Crypt TV and Imago TV platforms.
